Who we are

Rivera Arte™ is the online gallery of Rivera Art Studio, LLC (Louisiana). We offer original work by the founding artist and, under curated consignment, selected works by guest artists.

Purchases

All works are originals or one-of-a-kind pieces as described in their listings. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).

Card payments are processed securely through Stripe; we never store your card details.

Because works are unique, a piece may sell before your payment completes. In that rare case, you will receive a full refund promptly.

Shipping

Unless otherwise noted, the listed price does not include shipping. After purchase, we contact you to quote and arrange delivery.

Each work ships in specialized protective packaging. Typical U.S. delivery is 5–10 business days once shipping is arranged.

Returns

If a work arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange repair, replacement when possible, or a refund.

Because commissions are made to order, they cannot be returned once the sketch is approved. Progress photos are shared throughout the process for that reason.

Commissions

Commissions require a 50% deposit upon sketch approval and the remaining 50% when the work is complete, before shipping.

The deposit covers materials and work begun, and is non-refundable once painting has started.

Intellectual property & copyright

All works, images, text, and materials on this site are owned by their respective authors or by Rivera Art Studio, LLC, and are protected by U.S. copyright law and international treaties. All rights reserved.

Purchase of a work transfers ownership of the physical piece (or a personal-use download license, as applicable). Rights of reproduction, distribution, adaptation, and commercial use of the image remain with the artist or the LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Copying, commercially photographing, redistributing, or otherwise using catalog images without prior written permission is prohibited.

“Rivera Arte” and “Rivera Art Studio” are used as trademarks of the LLC (™ claim). The ® symbol will be used only if and when a federal registration issues from the USPTO.

Consignment artists

Works by guest artists are sold on behalf of their authors under consignment. Rivera Arte acts as intermediary and retains a commission on each sale.
